Drew Allar tossed a touchdown pass and ran for another as No. 7 Penn State defeated UCLA 27-11

Drew Allar passed for 237 yards and threw one touchdown, while also running for another, leading No. 7 Penn State to a 27-11 victory over UCLA on Saturday.

Tyler Warren caught a touchdown pass just before halftime, and Kaytron Allen scored on a 1-yard run in the third quarter. Allar started the scoring with a 1-yard run in the second quarter.

Ryan Barker added two field goals, and the Penn State (5-0, 2-0 Big Ten) defense was strong in the second half, finishing a four-game home stretch.

UCLA (1-4, 0-3) got on the board with a 25-yard field goal from Mateen Bhaghani. The Bruins scored a late touchdown with a 1-yard pass from Justyn Martin to Logan Loya and successfully converted the 2-point attempt.

Allar completed 17 of 24 passes, while Martin went 22 for 30.
