Juventus Star Douglas Costa Joins Bayern Munich

The Brazilian international Douglas Costa is joining the 2019/20 Champions League winners Bayern Munich. It is said to be a loan deal. Douglas Costa is a great striker and has had very memorable moments in Juventus but recently he is not performing up to the mark. With many injuries, he has missed most of the matches for the Serie A giants. With Andrea Pirlo signing for Juventus with the motive of winning the Champions League this season, he cannot afford to keep a player who is out of form.

However, Bayern believes that Costa has a lot of potentials as he has already played for them before, and hence, both the parties agreed to this decision immediately. Costa has already won two Bundesliga titles with Bayern. He has also won three Scudetto with Juventus. More teams like Manchester United and Barcelona had shown interest in signing the 30-year old. But, the Brazilian wanted to continue his reign with Bayern. Bayern is in great form. However, recently they are struggling. They lost to Hoffenheim by a score of 4-1 and somehow managed to win against Hertha after Lewandowski’s 4 goal shocker. Bayern is hoping that Douglas Costa will change the game for them.
