Egypt forward Omar Marmoush shone again, helping Eintracht Frankfurt secure a 4-2 victory at promoted Holstein Kiel, marking their fourth consecutive win in the Bundesliga on Sunday.

Marmoush netted two goals and assisted two others, continuing Frankfurt’s winning streak after starting the league with a 2-0 loss to Borussia Dortmund. He has scored in every win, achieving a feat he had never done before by scoring in four straight league matches.

“It’s a lot of fun,” said the 25-year-old forward. “I’m happy to play for this team and to help with goals and assists. We’re happy with the three points. That’s what counts, and not who scores.”

Marmoush kicked off the scoring in the 25th minute and assisted Igor Matanović’s first league goal after halftime, which equalized after Shuto Machino scored a penalty for Kiel.

Machino found the net again in the 50th minute, but Marmoush responded in the 65th minute and then assisted Brazilian defender Tuta to secure the win shortly after.

With this victory, Frankfurt sits just one point behind league leader Bayern Munich after five rounds. Bayern dropped their first points on Saturday in a 1-1 draw against defending champion Bayer Leverkusen.

In another match, Jens Stage scored a hat trick as Werder Bremen bounced back from conceding three early goals to defeat Hoffenheim 4-3 in the late game.

The home team quickly took a 3-0 lead in just 12 minutes with two goals from Marius Bülter and another from Adam Hložek. However, the match shifted after Stanley Nsoki was sent off in the 18th minute for a foul on Felix Agu when the Bremen player was through on goal.

Julian Malatini scored to pull one back just three minutes later, followed by Stage scoring six minutes after that and then equalizing in the 39th minute.

Stage completed his hat trick in the second half, and Bremen could have scored more, but Derrick Köhn had another goal disallowed for offside.
