Cincinnati right tackle Amarius Mims was taken off the field on a cart on Sunday due to a left ankle injury, and it was unclear if he would return.

Mims, who was the Bengals’ first-round draft pick in 2024, got hurt in the third quarter while running the ball with Chase Brown against the Baltimore Ravens.

He needed assistance getting up and onto the cart.

Mims had become a starter after right tackle Trent Brown suffered a season-ending knee injury two weeks ago. Cody Ford stepped in to take Mims’ place on Sunday.
