Inside the daily routine of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is the hardest-working person in the entertainment business.

His daily exercise regimen is the foundation for all of his crazily successful endeavors, hectic schedules, and a plethora of initiatives.

Johnson typically gets three to five hours of sleep each night with a normal wake-up time of 3.30 am.

Johnson works out in the morning to start his day.

After drinking his coffee, he jogs outside or uses an elliptical cross trainer for 30 to 50 minutes.

Johnson will work out for the day after eating his morning meal.

Johnson will follow his meal plan for the majority of the week, eating well 5 to 7 times per day.

His cheat meals can contain 5,000 to 6,000 calories and include anything from pancakes and ice cream to burgers and fries and massive dishes of sushi.

Diet-wise, I generally eat five meals a day. I’m very prepared and organized, and everything is planned out in advance. It’s all measured depending on what I’m training to achieve.
