Jared Goff made several timely throws while the Lions’ defense kept the Rams out of the end zone in the second half to clinch the historic victory. With Detroit needing a first down to put the contest away, Goff fired an 11-yard pass to Amon-Ra St. Brown to secure the game-clinching first down.

Remaining Wild Card Schedule

Monday, Jan. 15

  • Pittsburgh Steelers at Buffalo Bills, 4:30 p.m. ET
  • Philadelphia Eagles at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 8:15 p.m. ET

Following Sunday night’s action, there is only one undecided spot in the divisional round for each conference. The Bills will host the Steelers in a matchup between two AFC opponents, while the NFC’s final wild-card battle includes the Eagles and the Buccaneers.

If Pittsburgh wins, the team will head to Baltimore for a matchup with the division-rival Ravens. In a scenario where Buffalo secures the victory, head coach Sean McDermott’s unit will host Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.

After the Packers’ victory, the winner of Monday night’s contest between Philadelphia and Tampa Bay will travel north to face off against the Lions.
