However, during this week’s episode of SmackDown, Rhodes announced that he would not be pursuing a match against Reigns at The Showcase of Immortals. This decision prompted The Rock’s return, with WWE teasing a blockbuster main event showdown between him and The Tribal Chief.
Responding to Rhodes’ announcement on Twitter, Drew McIntyre posted a GIF to convey his reaction. Additionally, on the latest episode of RAW, McIntyre confronted an injured CM Punk. The former WWE Champion launched a brutal attack on the self-proclaimed Best In The World, targeting Punk’s tricep injury in the process.
