Barcelona are reportedly open to the idea of parting ways with Alejandro Balde if a substantial offer comes their way in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The club, currently positioned third in La Liga with 51 points from 24 matches, continues to grapple with Financial Fair Play concerns. Consequently, key players like Frenkie de Jong and Jules Kounde have emerged as potential departures.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are willing to consider offers for their 20-year-old left-back ahead of the 2024-25 season. While they are not actively seeking his exit, they will reportedly entertain significant bids for the La Masia graduate.
Balde, who is recovering from a serious hamstring injury, has established himself as a vital presence for Barcelona in the past year. With 60 starts in 79 appearances across various competitions, he has contributed two goals and eight assists from the left flank.
Barcelona are said to have earmarked Sergi Cardona from Las Palmas as a potential replacement for Balde. Additionally, they may opt to integrate another La Masia talent, Alex Valle, into their squad for the upcoming season.
