The University of Missouri is preparing to renovate Memorial Stadium with a budget of $250 million.

The Memorial Stadium Improvements Project aims to finish by the 2026 season. It will focus on enclosing the north end of the stadium and adding new premium seating options.

The field-level Bunker Club in the south end zone will be transformed into a team recruiting center. This will include upgrades to restrooms, concessions, and the sound system, among other improvements.

The university’s Board of Curators unanimously approved hiring the Kansas City architecture firm DLR Group to oversee the project. Memorial Stadium has been the Tigers’ home since 1926.

“We are investing in Memorial Stadium to enhance Mizzou’s national reputation and create a top-notch facility,” said Board Chair Robin Wenneker. “We aim to set the standard for success in collegiate athletics and higher education.”
