After Bryson Stott was walked intentionally, Castellanos hit a double to the right side off Brewers pitcher Joel Payamps, scoring Whit Merrifield and giving the Phillies their fourth walk-off win of the season. The crowd cheered wildly as the team celebrated their 43rd win, the highest in the National League.
Seranthony Domínguez pitched a scoreless 10th inning, earning him the win.
Bohm’s home run in the eighth inning, off Brewers pitcher Elvis Peguero, tied the game at 1-1 and nullified the strong effort from the Milwaukee bullpen.
J.T. Realmuto showed his resilience when he stayed in the game after being hit by a foul ball in a sensitive area. Despite being in pain, Realmuto remained in good spirits and joked about needing an ice bath later.
Realmuto also made a crucial play in the 10th inning, tagging out Oliver Dunn to prevent a run, which earned him cheers from the crowd.
