Dylan Borso’s Early Development with Chicago Fire Academy and Chicago Fire II
A native of Chicago, Borso has been a part of the Fire’s youth development system since the U-13 level. He progressed through the academy ranks, playing for the Fire’s youth teams up to U-19. Additionally, Borso gained valuable professional experience with Chicago Fire II, competing in nine matches in the MLS NEXT Pro league.
In 2024, Borso spent his freshman year at Wake Forest University, where he made an immediate impact. He appeared in all 24 matches, starting 11 of them, and led the team with four goals and four assists. His performance earned him recognition and contributed to his signing with Chicago Fire FC.
