Although sidelined for the season with a torn Achilles tendon suffered in April, Damian Lillard delivered a standout performance at the 2026 State Farm 3-Point Contest during NBA All-Star Saturday in Inglewood, California. Representing the Portland Trail Blazers, Lillard captured his third title in four years, finishing with 29 points in the championship round.

Lillard made 21 of 27 shots in the final, including one of his two long-distance “From the Logo” attempts, which are worth three points each. His score proved just enough to hold off Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns. Booker entered the final round strong and nearly stole the title. After posting the highest score in the opening round with 30 points, he followed Lillard’s 29 with a 27 in the final. Booker recorded two perfect racks and needed a strong finish at the right corner money ball rack, but missed his final three shots, falling just short.

Knueppel Shines as Lillard Joins Elite Three-Time 3-Point Winners Club

Rookie Kon Knueppel of the Charlotte Hornets placed third in the championship round with 17 points. Knueppel impressed earlier by advancing with 27 points in the first round, becoming one of four debut participants in this year’s contest.

Other notable first-round performances included Donovan Mitchell of the Cleveland Cavaliers, who scored 24, and Norman Powell of the Miami Heat, who finished with 23 and was one of only three players to convert a “From the Logo” shot. Tyrese Maxey, Jamal Murray, and Bobby Portis Jr. were eliminated after posting scores below the cutoff.

With the victory, Lillard joins Larry Bird and Craig Hodges as the only players to win the event three times. The two-round format gives each shooter 70 seconds per round, with the top three advancing to the final and the highest score there determining the champion.
