Randy Arozarena celebrated his first home run of the season in a fun way. After hitting the solo shot, he returned to the dugout and signed autographs for a couple of fans who passed a ball and cap to him.

This happened during the game against Toronto, where the Tampa Bay Rays eventually won 5-1. Arozarena had a great game, scoring three runs, getting two hits in three at-bats, walking once, and stealing two bases.

“It makes me happy to sign autographs for the kids because you never know, it could be their dream, and they can identify with me there,” Arozarena said. “Hopefully one day they can make it to the major leagues as well and do the same.”

After hitting the home run, Arozarena carried his bat halfway up the first baseline and then sprinted. He added some flair by hopping on third base and striking a crossed-arms pose before continuing home. He was cheered on by teammate Isaac Paredes and repeated the pose for the crowd of 18,905 fans.

Arozarena, who became an All-Star for the first time last season, played a key role in helping the Rays make it to the playoffs for the fifth consecutive year.
