Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker has returned to training and is ready to join the team for the match against Wolverhampton in the English Premier League on Saturday.
Liverpool manager Arne Slot shared a positive update on Friday about the Brazilian player, who missed the last two matches—important wins against Bournemouth in the league and West Ham in the League Cup—due to a hamstring injury.
“We are expecting him in the whole (practice) session today,” Slot said about Alisson. “We think he is available.”
Backup goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher took Alisson’s place in the last two games.
Liverpool has won four out of its first five games in the league.
