Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: CZR) announced the introduction of its Caesars Sportsbook self-service kiosks to 48 small businesses in Washington, D.C. These kiosks will replace GambetDC sports wagering kiosks at OLG-licensed retail sports betting locations. In addition to enabling sports betting, the kiosks will allow users to deposit cash directly into their Caesars Sportsbook mobile accounts, expanding convenience for local bettors.

Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital, highlighted the initiative as a way to deepen Caesars’ connection with sports fans in Washington, D.C. He emphasized that the kiosks enhance the sports betting experience by offering both traditional and mobile-friendly options, benefiting local small businesses and creating a more inclusive wagering environment. This aligns with Caesars’ goal to deliver convenience and variety in its sports betting services.

Eugene Vlasenko, Interim Executive Director of the Office of Lottery and Gaming (OLG), expressed support for the partnership with Caesars, recognizing its leadership in the retail sports betting industry. The new kiosks will offer a high-quality wagering experience similar to the functionality of the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app, ensuring D.C. residents and visitors enjoy best-in-class betting technology.

Caesars Sportsbook continues to enhance its loyalty program, Caesars Rewards, by allowing bettors to earn Reward Credits with every wager. These credits can be redeemed for unique experiences, further enriching the value for users. Since 2021, Caesars has operated an in-person sportsbook at Capital One Arena, the first of its kind in a U.S. professional sports venue, reflecting its longstanding commitment to innovation in sports betting.

Committed to promoting responsible gaming, Caesars enforces a strict 21 and older policy across all its platforms, including the new kiosks in D.C. This policy underscores Caesars’ dedication to safe and responsible gaming practices as it expands its offerings. Players can stay updated and connected through Caesars Sportsbook’s social media presence, reinforcing the company’s engagement with its community of sports fans and bettors.
