Top-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic has ended his coaching partnership with Goran Ivanisevic, which started in 2018 and saw Djokovic win 12 Grand Slam titles.

Djokovic announced the split on Instagram, mentioning that they stopped working together a few days ago. He acknowledged the highs and lows of their on-court chemistry but emphasized their strong friendship.

With Ivanisevic’s help, Djokovic has achieved a record 24 men’s Grand Slam titles.

Although he hasn’t won any titles in 2024 yet, Djokovic is gearing up for the upcoming clay-court season after early exits in the Australian Open and Indian Wells tournaments. Ivanisevic, a former Wimbledon champion in 2001, played a crucial role in Djokovic’s career.
