Houston receiver Nico Collins left the game against the Buffalo Bills in the second quarter due to a hamstring injury, and the team announced he would not return.
Collins, who was leading the NFL with 489 receiving yards, scored a 67-yard touchdown that put the Texans ahead 14-3 early in the second quarter. He didn’t seem hurt on the field but went straight to the medical tent.
He stayed in the tent for a few minutes before walking to the locker room.
Last week, Collins had a career-high 12 catches for 151 yards and a touchdown. Before his injury on Sunday, he had two receptions for 78 yards.
