Josh Hart left the fourth quarter of Game 6 of the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Indiana Pacers on Friday night with what the New York Knicks described as abdominal soreness.

Hart was seen holding his midsection several times during the game and requested to be taken out.

Hart played only 31 minutes before becoming the latest injury on a team already hit hard by injuries.

Josh Hart reacts in-game

With All-Star Julius Randle, OG Anunoby, Mitchell Robinson, and Bojan Bogdanovic all sidelined, Hart has been one of the Knicks’ most reliable players.

The forward played all 48 minutes in three postseason games and entered this game leading all players in total minutes played, second only to MVP Nikola Jokic in total rebounds.
