Veteran wide receiver Marquise Brown is poised to join the Kansas City Chiefs on a one-year contract potentially worth up to $11 million, as per a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Dianna Russini of The Athletic disclosed that Brown’s base salary for the upcoming season is expected to be $7 million.
The news of Brown’s impending move was further confirmed when he shared a conversation between himself and Chiefs head coach Andy Reid on Instagram, drawing attention from fans and fellow players alike.
