Kenny Clark, a three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle, has agreed to a new three-year contract extension with the Green Bay Packers worth $64 million, according to a person familiar with the negotiations who spoke to The Associated Press on Sunday.

The deal includes $29 million for this year, which features a $17.5 million signing bonus. Clark, who will turn 29 on October 4, was set to enter the final year of his current contract.

He originally signed a four-year, $70 million extension with a $25 million signing bonus in 2020.

Clark has played his entire career with the team, drafted by the Packers in 2016 from UCLA as the 27th overall pick.

Last season, Clark achieved career highs with 7.5 sacks and led the team with nine tackles for loss, earning his third Pro Bowl selection. He also received Pro Bowl nods in 2019 and 2021.

Clark has accumulated 34 sacks in regular-season games and an additional five sacks in 10 postseason appearances. He has started in 109 career games, including all 17 regular-season games for Green Bay in each of the last two seasons.
