LeBron James, one of the greatest basketball players of all time, has made a huge impact on the sport, and many people dream of the chance to play alongside him or compete against him.
However, LeBron is also a person with his own dreams and goals, even after 22 years in the NBA.
One of LeBron’s dreams that never came true was playing college basketball. He went directly from high school to the NBA, and he has often mentioned how he wishes he could have experienced March Madness at least once.
It seems this dream is still on his mind, as he shared a fun story on social media Sunday morning about a wild dream he had. In the dream, he was with former Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski, as well as music icons Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre.
After waking up from the dream, LeBron shifted his focus to preparing for the Lakers’ game that night against the Toronto Raptors at Crypto.com Arena.
LeBron James has another big dream involving his family: playing in the NBA alongside his sons. He already made part of this dream a reality by playing with his older son, Bronny, in the Lakers’ season opener.
But LeBron also has his sights set on playing with his younger son, Bryce, who is currently a senior in high school. When asked if playing with Bryce in the NBA is a possibility, LeBron didn’t rule it out.
“Oh s—,” LeBron said, laughing when cleveland.com brought up the idea. “Bryce is a senior. I don’t know. We’ll see. We’ll see. That would be pretty cool. It’s all about my mind and then seeing how my body reacts over these next couple of years.”
For LeBron to play with Bryce in the NBA, he would need to play at least two more seasons after this one.
