Resale tickets for the World Series opener at Dodger Stadium against the New York Yankees began at $1,358 on StubHub on Monday evening.

StubHub reported that sales are higher than last year’s final totals and are four times greater than the sales pace for the 2022 Series. For Games 3-5 in New York, sales are 40% higher compared to Games 1, 2, 6, and 7 in Los Angeles.

Vivid Seats, another ticket resale platform, mentioned that the average price of tickets sold for this year’s Series was $1,368, which is about twice the $685 average from last year’s matchup between the Texas Rangers and Arizona Diamondbacks.
