The Atlanta Hawks, led by Trae Young, clinched a thrilling 142-134 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Saturday night. Despite Steph Curry’s remarkable season-high 60-point performance, the Hawks emerged victorious in the overtime clash.

Young contributed a team-high 35 points to the win, drawing cheers from the crowd at State Farm Arena and admiration from rapper GloRilla.

During the game, a Bally Sports host asked GloRilla for his thoughts on the matchup:

“What do you think about the game so far?” GloRilla replied:

“I am going for the Hawks right now. I like the Warriors, though, right? … Trae Young is awesome, he’s fantastic.”

Despite his standout performances this season, Trae Young was notably absent from the Eastern Conference All-Star reserves list announced on Thursday. Young ranks in the top 10 for points per game and is second in the NBA for assists.

However, there remains a possibility for Young to secure a spot as a reserve due to injuries to Julius Randle and Joel Embiid. While not guaranteed, Young could still find himself named to the All-Star Game roster.
