Netflix is set to release a new five-part documentary series, NASCAR: Full Speed, on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at 8 am (GMT). The series provides an in-depth look behind the scenes of the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series playoffs, following the success of Netflix’s Formula 1 documentary series, Drive to Survive.
Produced by Connor Schell, Aaron Cohen, Ben Kennedy, Tim Clark, Matt Summers, Tally Hair, and NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr., NASCAR: Full Speed showcases the intense competition of America’s most popular motorsport series. The documentary captures the aggressive driving, skill, and challenges faced by NASCAR drivers as they navigate their race cars at speeds of 200 miles per hour amidst 38 other competitors for 400 miles.
The featured drivers in the series include Denny Hamlin, Joey Logano, Kyle Larson, Ryan Blaney, Bubba Wallace, Ross Chastain, William Byron, Tyler Reddick, and Christopher Bell. The documentary explores their careers, achievements, and unique stories within the NASCAR Cup Series.
NASCAR: Full Speed will be available for streaming on Netflix, with subscription prices starting at $6.99 a month. The release precedes the NASCAR pre-season exhibition race at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum on Sunday, February 4, 2024.
