Leki Fotu against the Denver Broncos of an NFL football game

Defensive lineman Leki Fotu will not be making his 2024 debut this weekend.

Fotu was put on injured reserve in late August and returned to practice this week, but the team marked him as doubtful for the game against the Vikings in London on Sunday. On Saturday, they downgraded Fotu and announced he will not be activated for the game.

Fotu is recovering from a hamstring injury and signed with the Jets this offseason after playing four years with the Cardinals. During his time in Arizona, he recorded 89 tackles, 3.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in 56 games.

The Jets also ruled out right tackle Morgan Moses (knee) and linebacker C.J. Mosley (toe) is expected to miss the game after being listed as doubtful.
