Quarterback Jayden Daniels will be without one of his receivers for Sunday’s game against the Browns.

Head coach Dan Quinn announced in a press conference on Friday that wide receiver Noah Brown will not participate this weekend. Brown went from being limited in practice due to a groin injury on Wednesday to not practicing at all on Thursday.

Brown, who joined the Commanders just before the season started, has made nine catches for 111 yards this year.

Defensive end Clelin Ferrell will also miss the game. Ferrell has been out for the last two games due to a knee injury and, even though he wasn’t listed on the injury report earlier this week, Quinn confirmed he will still be unavailable.

Running back Brian Robinson has missed practice because of a knee injury, and Quinn said his status will be decided just before the game. The Commanders expect to have Austin Ekeler back from a concussion, and he could take on a bigger role if Robinson is unable to play.
