Omos, the towering figure in WWE, remains one of the company’s most prominent superstars, although he hasn’t been in the spotlight recently, with his last appearance being at the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble Match.
His return at the Rumble match was eagerly anticipated by fans, but unfortunately, Omos didn’t make the impact many had hoped for, as he was swiftly eliminated by Bron Breakker shortly after entering the ring.
Prior to his Rumble appearance, Omos participated in a Battle Royal at SummerSlam 2023 and had a singles match against Seth Rollins at Backlash 2023.
In an interview with SEScoops’ Scott Fishman, The Nigerian Giant acknowledged his status as a special attraction and noted that WWE tends to reserve him for significant matches.
“You know, I’m an attraction, they call me when they need to make the big bucks, that’s when they call me when they need me,” Omos remarked.
He humorously added that WWE must be prepared to shell out significant funds to have him appear at events.
“When they wanna see me on TV, man, cash those checks when you see me on TV,” Omos quipped.
Despite being accompanied by MVP as his manager, Omos has yet to be involved in a substantial storyline, although he has been featured in numerous live events over the past few months.
