Caleb Williams won’t be alone among quarterbacks attending the Bears’ rookie minicamp this weekend.

The Bears have announced that nine undrafted rookies have agreed to join the team, including quarterback Austin Reed. Reed was a starting quarterback at West Florida for two years before transferring to Western Kentucky for his final two seasons.

During his time at Western Kentucky, he completed 678 out of 1,073 passes for 8,086 yards, 71 touchdowns, and 22 interceptions in 26 games. He also scored 12 touchdowns by running.

The Bears have also reached agreements with Ian Wheeler from Howard University, who plays as a running back and kick returner, and Peter LeBlanc from the University of Louisiana as a wide receiver.

Theo Benedet from the University of British Columbia as a tackle, Brendan Bates from the University of Kentucky as a tight end, Reddy Steward from Troy University as a cornerback, Keith Randolph Jr. from the University of Illinois as a defensive tackle, Jamree Kromah from James Madison University as a defensive end, and Carl Jones from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as a linebacker.
