Arsenal is reportedly vying for the signature of Ghanaian forward Ibrahim Osman, joining Premier League competitors West Ham and two other English clubs in the pursuit.

Initial negotiations between West Ham and Osman’s current club Nordsjaelland were unsuccessful, prompting the Hammers to plan further discussions to secure his transfer. However, Nordsjaelland appears open to offers from any club willing to meet their valuation for the 19-year-old winger.

Arsenal’s interest in Osman aligns with their strategy to bolster their squad for future endeavors. They view Osman as a promising addition who could provide valuable depth on the wings, particularly supporting Bukayo Saka, who has carried a significant workload in recent seasons. Since breaking into the first team in 2019, Saka has amassed over 200 appearances for the Gunners.

While Osman may not immediately slot into the starting lineup at 19, he could offer valuable backup for Saka on the right wing. Nordsjaelland has set Osman’s price tag at over £16 million, and reports suggest that Arsenal is contemplating making a bid for the talented winger.

In addition to Arsenal and West Ham, Brighton & Hove Albion and Brentford have also shown interest in Osman’s services. The 19-year-old has been a standout performer for Nordsjaelland this season, contributing four goals and five assists in 29 appearances thus far.
