Safety Taylor Rapp has decided to remain with the Buffalo Bills, agreeing to a three-year contract extension. The deal, worth up to $14.5 million, was confirmed by his representatives, and Adam Schefter of ESPN provided additional details.
With the Bills revamping their secondary, recent releases include safety Jordan Poyer, defensive back Siran Neal, and cornerback Tre’Davious White.
At 26 years old, Rapp joined the Bills during the 2023 offseason, contributing to 16 games and starting four of them. Throughout the season, he amassed 50 tackles and secured one interception.
Rapp began his NFL career with the Los Angeles Rams, where he spent his first four seasons after being selected as a second-round pick in the 2019 draft.
