The Jaguars already had a quick turnaround after playing a Monday night game against Buffalo, followed by a Sunday afternoon match in Houston.

Things got even tougher after their heavy 47-10 loss to the Bills last night.

According to Ian Rapoport from NFL Media, the team’s plane faced mechanical issues, causing a delay in takeoff until after 1:00 a.m. ET.

Now, the Jaguars have a lot to fix and very little time to do it.

They need to understand what went wrong last night, find ways to fix those problems quickly, and prepare for a Texans team that is also looking to bounce back from a 34-7 defeat against Minnesota.

The Texans have an advantage, having an extra day to prepare and not needing to travel for their Week 4 game.

Sunday’s match is crucial for the Jaguars and especially for coach Doug Pederson. If they lose again, considering the comments from owner Shad Khan about the 2024 Jaguars, a coaching change could happen as soon as next Monday.
