The Las Vegas Raiders officially signed Brock Bowers, their first-round pick from Georgia, who was chosen as the 13th overall in the draft. Bowers is set to earn $18.14 million over four years, as per Spotrac.

The team announced the signing of six drafted players on Thursday, including Decamerion Richardson (fourth round, Mississippi State), Tommy Eichenberg (fifth, Ohio State), Dylan Laube (sixth, New Hampshire), Trey Taylor (seventh, Air Force), and M.J. Devonshire (seventh, Pittsburgh).

Jackson Powers-Johnson and DJ Glaze, drafted in the second and third rounds respectively, are the only Raiders’ picks yet to sign.

Bowers is the recipient of the John Mackey Award twice, recognizing him as the nation’s top tight end. Last season, he recorded 56 receptions for 714 yards and six touchdowns.

“Though he’s classified as a tight end, we view him as an offensive weapon and playmaker,” said Raiders assistant general manager Champ Kelly. “There’s no pressure on him to achieve certain numbers right away. Our focus is on his integration into the team and the city.”
