Under Triple H’s WWE leadership, there were numerous superstar releases following the completion of the merger. Recently, a wrestling veteran shared thoughts on a 34-year-old star and her tenure with the company during this period.
Emma made her return to WWE in 2022, joining Friday Night SmackDown for her third stint on the main roster. Despite an initial spotlight upon her return, she soon found herself underutilized on weekly television.
Later, she formed a partnership with her real-life partner, Madcap Moss, before both were eventually released.
During an episode of Keeping It 100, Konnan discussed WWE Elimination Chamber 2024 and Emma’s time with the promotion. While he commended her talent, he expressed disappointment in her lack of connection with the audience and charisma, which he felt hindered her career in WWE and IMPACT Wrestling:
“She didn’t quite connect with the crowd. Her mic skills weren’t strong, and her charisma was lacking. It’s unfortunate because she’s a nice person. Even with the change of scenery in WWE, she didn’t show improvement in these areas. That’s my take on her.”
