After months of revealing the players and coaches set to participate in its inaugural season, the new Unrivaled 3-on-3 women’s basketball league announced its official team rosters and coaching assignments on Wednesday.
Unrivaled, which was founded by WNBA players Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart, features six teams, each with six players. The league was created to offer WNBA athletes an alternative to playing overseas during the offseason.
Originally set to include 30 players, the league has since grown to 36 players, a result of “outperforming financial projections,” according to Collier. So far, 34 players have been publicly announced.
The inaugural season of Unrivaled is set to begin on January 17, 2025, with all games scheduled to take place in Miami. Below are the official team rosters for the first season, along with the coaching staff.
