During the latest episode of SmackDown, The Rock extended an offer to Cody Rhodes, proposing a tag team match at Night One of WrestleMania 40. In this matchup, Rhodes and Seth Rollins would face off against The Rock and Roman Reigns.

If Rhodes and Rollins emerge victorious, The Brahma Bull assured that Rhodes’ subsequent match against Reigns would be devoid of interference from The Bloodline. However, should the baby faces fail, The Bloodline would be fully involved in the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match.

While Rhodes has yet to respond to The Rock’s offer, there’s speculation that Roman Reigns might disrupt the plan. Reigns’ body language during the segment, spanning about 40 minutes, hinted at potential interference.

Initially appearing angry and disappointed, especially when Paul Heyman prevented him from leaving the ring upon The Rock’s arrival, Reigns’ demeanor shifted to a smirk when acknowledged by The Rock. This discomfort displayed by Reigns throughout the segment suggests he may sabotage The Rock’s intentions in the coming weeks.

The storyline has hinted at the possibility of The Rock betraying Roman Reigns since its inception. Despite their apparent alignment, The Brahma Bull may secretly be plotting The Tribal Chief’s downfall, though Reigns likely has his own strategies in mind.
