He believes it’s more than just a hopeful wish. Expressing his sentiment, Howard mentioned his strong ties to Houston, having tattoos of the Houston Rockets and Texans.
He sees joining the Texans as a realistic possibility, especially given their talented quarterback and defensive-oriented coach.
However, any potential deal with the Texans would depend on reaching agreeable contract terms. Howard emphasized that he values winning a Super Bowl over financial gain.
Strengthening the cornerback position could enhance the Texans’ chances of competing for a championship, but reaching an agreement will require mutual interest from both parties in Houston.
