WWE Superstar Randy Orton has openly expressed his desire to team up with a 29-year-old non-wrestling personality for a potential WrestleMania clash against Logan Paul and Jake Paul.
Beyond the wrestling ring, Orton has been generating buzz online after his appearance in the latest music video by Puerto Rican rapper Eladio Carrión.
In Carrión’s track “RKO,” Orton featured prominently in the video’s closing moments, delivering his iconic finisher on a paparazzo. Their camaraderie was evident as the rapper kicked off this week’s Friday Night SmackDown in Miami, introducing Orton to the crowd.
During a SmackDown Exclusive interview with Cathy Kelley, Orton and Carrión discussed the genesis of the official “RKO” track. The 29-year-old personality expressed hope that it wouldn’t be his last time in a WWE ring, as Orton proposed a tag team match with Carrión against the current United States Champion and his brother, Jake Paul, at WrestleMania.
“Maybe you and me versus, like Logan (Paul) and Jake Paul at WrestleMania or some s**t like that,” Orton remarked.
In the opening segment of this week’s SmackDown, Orton issued a warning to The Bloodline members ahead of the Royal Rumble. However, his promo was interrupted by AJ Styles, leading to a verbal exchange between the two.
The altercation was further intensified when LA Knight entered the scene. Amidst the intense promo involving Roman Reigns’ forthcoming opponent, Styles delivered a Pele kick to Orton’s head.
Though Orton was scheduled for a match against Solo Sikoa, the interference of Styles led to a disqualification. Amidst the ensuing chaos, The Viper took out every WWE Superstar until LA Knight delivered a BFT to him. Fans eagerly anticipate the outcome of the Fatal Four-Way match scheduled for Saturday night.
