Following the success of TFT Vegas Open, Riot Games has officially announced the TFT Remix Rumble Championship for Set 10. This article outlines the comprehensive format of the tournament, including the schedule and the distribution of cash prizes from the substantial prize pool.
Thirty-two players from around the globe will vie for a staggering prize pool of $456,000, with the top spot securing $150,000 along with a trophy. The remaining prize pool will be divided among the other 31 players.
TFT Remix Rumble Checkmate Format
The Remix Rumble tournament adopts a checkmate format, where players engage in dynamic games. In this format, a point threshold is established, and the first player to reach the specified point threshold (in this case, 20 points) wins the game and is crowned the champion of the TFT Remix Rumble Championship.
TFT Remix Rumble Championship Format
Day 1
On the first day of the championship, the 32 participants will be divided into lobbies of four players each. These four-player lobbies will play a total of 6 games, shuffling after every 2 games. Following the completion of the matches, all 32 players will advance to Day 2.
Day 2
On the second day, players will retain their points from Day 1, and the 32 participants will once again be split into lobbies of 4 players each. Each player will engage in 6 games, with lobbies shuffling after every 2 games. The top 8 players with the highest accumulated points will proceed to the finals, which will take place on March 3.
Day 3
The final day will witness the top 8 players competing against each other in a checkmate format. The player who achieves 20 points first will be crowned the TFT Remix Rumble Champion.
