A recent sports radio report alleging that the Ravens initiated trade talks with the 49ers for wide receiver Deebo Samuel has been refuted by Ravens General Manager Eric DeCosta.
DeCosta dismissed the report, likening it to fiction, akin to the stories he reads to children during his recent visit to a local elementary school.

Contrary to the original report, which suggested that the 49ers declined the Ravens’ request, DeCosta clarified that there was no such request made in the first place.
