Thursday night’s game between the Chiefs and Ravens is a repeat of the AFC Championship Game from January, but there are some changes in the teams since their last meeting.

One of the biggest changes is in the Ravens’ running back position. Derrick Henry, who joined the Ravens as a free agent this offseason, will be going from watching the game to playing in it.

Before last year’s trade deadline, there was talk about Henry joining the Ravens. On Sunday, he mentioned that he had thought about it while watching the Chiefs beat the Ravens to go to the Super Bowl.

Henry expressed his desire to be on the field and is excited to have the chance now.

“Hell yes . . . I was wishing I could suit up that day [when I was] watching that game,” Henry said, via the team’s website. “But yes, now it’s my turn, so [I have] to take advantage of it. It’s going to be a hell of a game.”

Henry has 672 yards and eight touchdowns in six career games against the Chiefs, and the Ravens are hoping his addition will help them get a better result than they did earlier this year.
