New York Jets pass rusher Haason Reddick has not reported to his new team after being traded from the Philadelphia Eagles this offseason, and he is continuing a unique NFL holdout.

By staying away, Reddick has given up millions of dollars, and now he is reportedly facing a lawsuit for over a million dollars.

Micah Khan has filed a lawsuit claiming that Reddick owes him $1.6 million from the sale of a senior care center, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Reddick owned Haven Home Health Agency but had his father and an administrator manage the business for him. In 2021, Reddick hired Khan to handle marketing and business development because the company was struggling.

Part of their agreement was that Khan would receive half of the sale proceeds and other payments if the company was sold.

Khan claims he helped improve the company, and when it was sold for $3.25 million earlier this year, he requested his share.

At that point, Reddick’s father, Raymond Matthews, who was running the business in Reddick’s absence, allegedly brought “security” to a meeting and threatened to go to Khan’s wife’s workplace and his son’s after-school program.
