Official Sunday inactives typically become available approximately 90 minutes before scheduled kickoff times: around 11:30 a.m. ET for early games and 2:30 p.m. ET for late-afternoon games. Refresh frequently for the latest updates.

4 p.m. ET Games

Josh Reynolds, WR, DEN: Hand — OUT/IR

Impact: Reynolds’ return might come next week. For now, Devaughn Vele and Lil’Jordan Humphrey retain their minimal fantasy value.

Impact: Expect a combination of Ameer Abdullah and…

Zamir White, RB, LV: Quad — Inactive

Impact: …Dylan Laube to step into the RB spotlight for Las Vegas.

Noah Fant, TE, SEA: Groin — Inactive

Impact: Slim options remain at tight end behind Fant for the Seahawks.

Tyler Lockett, WR, SEA: Foot — Active

Impact: Added late to the Friday injury report, Lockett will play. Laviska Shenault Jr. remains sidelined.

Brock Purdy, QB, SF: Shoulder — OUT

Impact: Brandon Allen starts this week, potentially extending into next. Temper expectations for 49ers receivers.

1 p.m. ET Games

Eddy Pineiro, K, CAR: Knee — Active

Impact: Injured while celebrating the Panthers’ last win, Pineiro is ready to go.

Jonathon Brooks, RB, CAR: Knee — Active

Impact: Brooks debuts Sunday, likely reducing Chuba Hubbard’s workload.

Miles Sanders, RB, CAR: Ankle — OUT/IR

Impact: Sanders’ absence positions Brooks for significant snaps.

Adam Thielen, WR, CAR: Hamstring — Active

Impact: Activated from IR but limited in practice all week, Thielen may play in a reduced capacity. Proceed cautiously.

Jalen Coker, WR, CAR: Quad — Inactive

Impact: No surprise here, as Coker was a late addition to the injury report on Friday.

D’Andre Swift, RB, CHI: Groin — Active

Impact: A full Friday practice made Swift’s participation likely, but his carry split with Roschon Johnson remains uncertain.

Keenan Allen, WR, CHI: Ankle — Active

Impact: Allen, injured during Friday’s practice, is set to play. However, if he falters, Rome Odunze and DJ Moore must step up.

Jake Ferguson, TE, DAL: Concussion — OUT

Impact: Fantasy managers may turn to Luke Schoonmaker or Brevyn Spann-Ford as alternatives.

Brandin Cooks, WR, DAL: Knee — OUT/IR

Impact: With Cooks not activated, CeeDee Lamb is the only Dallas WR with viable fantasy value.

Isiah Pacheco, RB, KC: Leg — OUT/IR

Impact: Kansas City delays Pacheco’s return by another week, giving Kareem Hunt the lead RB role for Sunday.

Josh Oliver, TE, MIN: Wrist — OUT

Impact: While Oliver has limited fantasy relevance, his absence means T.J. Hockenson should see a full complement of snaps.

Malik Nabers, WR, NYG: Groin — Active

Impact: Nabers and Darius Slayton (concussion) will play. However, with Tommy DeVito stepping in for the released Daniel Jones, this WR corps remains risky for fantasy.

Mike Evans, WR, TB: Hamstring — Active

Impact: Evans is ready barring a pregame setback and should perform as expected.

Tyjae Spears, RB, TEN: Concussion — OUT

Impact: Tony Pollard gets another week to dominate the backfield touches for Tennessee.

Austin Seibert, K, WAS: Hip — Active

Impact: With Seibert returning, Zane Gonzalez heads back to the practice squad.
