In the end, the Lakers sealed the win by scoring 10 points in the last minute, including six free throws from Austin Reaves, who finished the game with 25 points. This victory marked the highest-scoring performance by the Lakers since January 2, 1987.
Despite the win, Anthony Davis expressed disappointment in the team’s defensive performance, acknowledging that they allowed the Pacers to score 145 points. However, he emphasized the importance of learning from the experience.
