No, I guess not!” The video concludes with Neymar expressing his sentiments towards critics, giving a middle finger to the camera and saying, “Suck it, haters.”
The 31-year-old footballer has been sidelined since October 18 due to an ACL injury sustained during Brazil’s 2-0 loss to Uruguay in a World Cup qualifier.
While initial pictures suggested a change in his physique, some reactions were exaggerated. Certain outlets even reported on fake images circulating, depicting Neymar as significantly larger than reality.
It’s important to note that recovering from an ACL injury restricts one’s ability to exercise in the usual manner until complete healing occurs. Neymar, not even three months post-surgery, is also dealing with the recovery from ankle surgery undertaken seven months prior, which included fixing his meniscus.
