However, with Ramsey’s potential departure, Miami could turn to the 2025 NFL Draft to further bolster its cornerback position. The Dolphins hold the No. 13 overall pick and have nine additional selections, offering them the flexibility to strengthen their defense, especially if a trade is completed before the draft.
There is no specific deadline for a trade, but with the 2025 NFL Draft approaching, it would make sense for the Dolphins to finalize a deal beforehand. A trade would allow Miami to use the assets gained to improve the roster for the upcoming season.
Should Ramsey leave the Dolphins, his time in Miami would end with 82 tackles, 16 passes defended, six tackles for loss, and five interceptions over two seasons, marking a notable but somewhat turbulent tenure with the team.
