Aaron Rodgers and Garrett Wilson often have animated discussions with each other.

Recently, a fan’s video showed what looked like a “heated disagreement” between the New York Jets quarterback and wide receiver on the sideline.

This video and other similar ones from training camp caused some concern among fans that there might be issues with their on-field chemistry.

Rodgers was asked about these conversations on Wednesday. When a reporter joked that Wilson had blamed him, Rodgers replied with a smile, “I blame him!” He then mentioned that Wilson had already explained that their talks were just about their passionate approach to the game.

Rodgers said, “There’s often a difference between how things appear and what they are. We’re not upset with each other.

We’re just passionately discussing the details of plays. G and I have a strong relationship, both on and off the field. When things don’t go as planned, we have side conversations to sort things out.”

Rodgers added that these conversations are valuable as they focus on improving details and understanding each other’s perspectives. “They might seem more intense than they are, but there’s usually a smile afterward,” he said.
