Defensive player Kindle Vildor had a journey before landing with the Lions last year. Now, he’s aiming to stick with them for the upcoming season.
Vildor’s representatives announced his re-signing with the Lions. The details of the contract haven’t been disclosed yet.
Last year, Vildor started in the Bears’ training camp, but after not making the final cut, he joined the Titans via waivers. After spending some time there, he moved to the Eagles’ practice squad for a brief period.
Eventually, he found a home with the Lions and played in several regular season games and playoff matchups.
One of the moments during his time with the Lions was in the NFC Championship Game, where he was involved in a play that led to a crucial touchdown for the 49ers.
During his time with the Lions, Vildor made 22 tackles, defended two passes, and forced a fumble in 10 appearances. Previously, with the Bears, he accumulated 97 tackles, an interception, a sack, and defended 10 passes over three seasons.
