Andre Dillard officially joined the Green Bay Packers on Thursday, following his release from the Tennessee Titans a month ago.
Last season, Dillard, aged 28, played 16 games for the Titans, starting in 10 of them as the left tackle. However, he faced some challenges during the season and was even replaced temporarily.
Before his time with the Titans, Dillard spent four seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, who drafted him from Washington State in 2019 at the 22nd pick.
Throughout his career, Dillard has played in 59 regular-season games and started in 19.
The Packers needed reinforcements for their offensive line, especially with key players like David Bakhtiari, Yosh Nijman, and Jon Runyan Jr. departing during the offseason.
Bakhtiari, a highly regarded left tackle, was released after a series of knee injuries that limited his playtime over the past few seasons. Nijman and Runyan Jr. left for other teams in free agency, joining the Carolina Panthers and New York Giants, respectively.
