The Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell got shot in Florida, but luckily, it was just a small injury, as per the team’s announcement on social media.
Dell got shot on Saturday night in Sanford and was later discharged from the hospital, feeling good, according to the team’s social media post on Sunday.
“We are keeping in touch with him and his family and will share more updates when needed,” the team said.
It’s not clear if Dell’s injury was linked to another shooting outside a party venue in Sanford on the same night, where a teenager wounded 10 people during a private event.
