Former MLB outfielder Yasiel Puig found himself in the midst of a significant altercation while playing in a game for the Tiburones de La Guaira in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League.
During the brawl, punches were exchanged between members of both teams, and the situation escalated to the point where the skirmish nearly spilled into the crowd.

Throughout his seven-year MLB career, Puig achieved 132 home runs and 415 RBIs with a career batting average of .277 and a solid .823 OPS. Reportedly, MLB teams have shown interest in his services leading up to the 2024 season, according to MLB reporter Francys Romero.
However, the involvement in another altercation may not be received positively by prospective front offices considering Puig’s history.
